Description
English: Time-lapse microscopy of Escherichia coli perfused with 0.1 mg/ml lactose. Composite images of bright field, green, and red channels (bright field is blue in the RGB colorspace of the video) for time-lapse microscopy of lacI−E. coli with PlacO1GFP perfused by a constant lactose concentration of 0.1 mg/ml. Frames were captured every two minutes.
