English: Supplementary Movie 1 Time lapse of dividing S. aureus cells imaged every 3 minutes S. aureus COL cells were labelled with Nile Red, placed on a medium-containing agarose pad and imaged during 42 minutes, at 3 minutes intervals, by Super-Resolution Structured Illumination Microscopy (SR-SIM). Scale bar 1 μm.
