Description
English: Cholesterol depletion causes some myotube disruption but slower than A-CSD3. Treatment of Fluo4-AM loaded myotubes with 5 mM MβCD at ∼ frame 4 did not produce significant Ca2+ influx and only some cells were disrupted. Total video length = 156 min. 1.
