Description
English: Supplementary Movie 8 Overexpression of TIAM1, a Rac1 GEF, induces formation of highly dynamic membrane ruffles. hMDMs were transfected with a construct encoding a fusion protein of TIAM1 fused to GFP and imaged in calcium-containing medium by spinning disc confocal microscopy, acquiring images every 30 sec for 20.5 min. The video is displayed at 7 frames per sec.
