Description
English: Supplementary Movie 3 Pharmacological inhibition of CaSR arrests constitutive membrane ruffling. hMDMs were pretreated with NPS2143 (10 μM) and then imaged in calcium-containing medium by differential interference contrast microscopy for 15 min, acquiring images every 30 sec. The video is displayed at 7 frames per sec.
