Description
English: L-type channel activation mediates polarized Ca2+ entry into the cone inner segment. Superfusion with 20 mM KCl evoked a large Ca2+ increase in the synaptic terminal, followed by [Ca2+]i elevation in the soma and the subellipsoid.
