Summary
[edit]DescriptionCa.-Similichlamydia-in-Epitheliocystis-Co-infection-of-Gilthead-Seabream-Gills-Unique-Morphological-Video2.ogv |
English: Video of a portion of a cyst taken with FIB-SEM showing a segmented reconstruction of a large amorphous RB containing multiple condensed chromosomes. In this orthogonal projection, the electron-dense material, bacterial chromatin, or nucleoids, is rendered in red and the outer surface of the bacteria in blue. The number of nucleoids per bacteria is variable, indicative that replicating bacteria at various stages of growth are present. The voxel size in both videos is 5 × 5 × 20 (XYZ). |
