Description
English: GFP-RAB6 dynamics after C11ORF24 knockdown. After a 48 hours knockdown with control shRNA, HeLa cells were transfected with GFP-RAB6 and imaged every second for 30 seconds by spinning disk microscopy. Snap shots of the movie are presented in Figure 6.
