Description
Italiano: L'oggetto aveva la funzione di arroventare i timbri per la marchiatura delle forme. La benzina contenuta nel serbatoio, situato nel manico, pompata sotto pressione era fatta bruciare permettendo al timbro, montato davanti alla fiamma, di divenire incandescente. Il bruciatore a benzina o piroforo era usato anche per correggere i difetti di crosta del formaggio: con le sgorbie si toglieva la parte danneggiata e con il bruciatore si cauterizzava la cavità che si era creata.
