SUMMARY: Print shows members of the new ministry, among them, Fox, Wilkes, Dunning, Richmond, Burke, and Keppel, dismantle a statue of Britannia; they are prevented from doing further damage by Thurow and Mansfield who pull them away from the statue with a rope. A Native American, representing America, a Frenchman, a Spaniard, and a Dutchman run off with pieces of Britannia.
