English: Brighton: Hare & Hounds public house For years the Hare & Hounds at Preston Circus has been the main venue for jazz events in Brighton. There has been a public house here since the 1820s although the current building dates from 1905 and the year is shown in both the gable ends. Older photographs show the pub as a Brickwoods house. The Hare & Hounds' website is here http://www.thehareandhounds.co.uk/first.html |
