Description
Deutsch: Bratkarpfen sauer eingelegt. Mehlierte Karpfenstücke werden gebraten und dann in einen Essigsud mit Gewürzen sauer eingelegt und in Gläsern haltbar gemacht. Das Glas mit Bratkarpfen stammt vom Alten Kurhaus, Hotel & Landgasthof in Lisberg.
English: Fried carp pickled. Floured pieces of carp are fried and then pickled in a vinegar broth with spices and preserved in screw jars. The jar with fried carp comes from the Alte Kurhaus, Hotel & Landgasthof in Lisberg.
