Berkhamsted Top Lock and Iron Road Bridge

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Berkhamsted Top Lock and Iron Road Bridge Berkhamsted is at the bottom of a valley and is a frost trap on a cold winter's night. The bridge beyond the lock carries the Lower Kings Road. Because it is close to water it is (or at least was 40 years ago when I commuted over it) prone to black ice.
