Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Ballard Avenue (historic district), Ballard, Seattle, Washington. Law offices in one of the street's few remaining freestanding frame buildings.

According to https://web.archive.org/web/20150906144128/http://ballardhistory.org/walking%20tour_web.pdf, although this 1880s building is typical of the style of early Ballard, the building itself is a transplant and a hybrid, composed of two houses saved from demolition in Seattle's International District. See also Pioneer Houses on the site of the Historic Seattle PDA.
