Description
English: Movie of a developed Dictyostelium cell moving up to a shallow cAMP gradient. The cell is labeled with detected protrusions (red) and retractions (blue), and pseudopod IDs. The arrows indicate the direction of movement of the cell membrane. The pseudopod IDs correspond to those in Additional files 1 and 2.
