L.S.C.: Leidsch Studenten Corps, Virtus Concordia Fides (\'Leiden student association, virtue, unity, loyalty\'). The fraternity was founded in 1839 and merged in 1974 with the sorority V.V.S.L. (Vereeniging voor Vrouwelijke Studenten te Leiden) into the mixed student association Minerva. The play was part of the festivities on the occasion of the anniversary in 1930. It was staged at the Kagerplassen in Warmond. The play was about the battle of the Vikings against the village Stavoren in Frysia with roles for the Lady of Stavoren Ewarda and Saint Bonafacius. The stage was a reconstruction of Stavoren with a fortress and a watchtower. The play was written by M. Nijhoff and directed by J. de Meester jr. The music was composed by M.
