Description
English: Supplementary Movie 22 Arp2 is required for cargo expulsion and membrane integration. In vivo RNAi to Arp2 was performed in Drosophila lines expressing Sgs3-GFP (white). SG secretion was imaged in real time. Arp2 knockdown resulted in granules that fused with the apical membrane but failed to collapse. Scale bar=5μm.
