Português: Este vídeo introduz o conjunto de 25 transmissões ao vivo ("lives"), com demonstrações de exercícios desenvolvidos especificamente para ajudar pessoas com Parkinson, produzidas pela Rede AMPARO como parte da campanha "Fique em casa, mas não fique parado", durante a pandemia do COVID-19:.https://amparo.numec.prp.usp.br/pages/fique-em-casa-mas-nao-fique-parado..O programa recomenda que a pessoa com Parkinson inicie a prática de dois novos exercícios por dia da semana, completando ao final de 5 semanas, uma sequência de 10 exercícios diários, volume com potencial de trazer benefícios consistentes para a funcionalidade dessas pessoas...Os exercícios têm focos diferentes a cada dia da semana de forma a garantir que todas as funções motoras sejam estimuladas e evitando a monotonia na rotina de prática física...Seguindo as recomendações de distanciamento social, os vídeos foram produzidos de forma amadora em ambiente doméstico...Embora o programa tenha sido realizado como uma ação de suporte para a manutenção da atividades física de pessoas com Parkinson durante o isolamento social, podem apoiar a prática diária de atividades físicas em casa , como forma complementar a outras terapias, após o final da pandemia.
