To re-create, use IMBIE 2018 Arctic Dataset from http://imbie.org/data-downloads/. Then copy first column (year) into new sheet, then columns 2 and 3 of each sheet into the new sheet. Save as IMBIE_2018_Antarctic_Dataset_GtOnly.csv. The plot has been created with Gnuplot 4.4 using the following script:
