Description
Čeština: Autor fotografie Jiří Zelenka. Amoleta je název pro jistý druh palačinky. Základem je lité těsto. Složení těsta : mléko, vajíčka a hladká mouka pšeničná. Lité těsto je ochuceno solí a cukrem. Pro lepší chuť je možné přidat vanilinový cukr. Takto připravené těsto se lije na velkou pánev s rozpáleným tukem. A to vždy při náklonu na jednu stranu pánve po celém horním okraji. Vznikne tak kulatá amoleta asi dvakrát až třikrát tak silná než palačinka. Tato se dozlatova opeče na obou stranách. Na jedné ze dvou stran se pomaže kvalitní marmeládou z jahod, meruněk, višní a rybízu. A následně se sroluje do tvaru ruličky. Podává se nejlépe teplá a pocukrovaná. Takto připravené amolety se podávají jako hlavní jídlo. Mnohdy je doprovází hutná polévka - gulášová, bramborová, dršťková atd... Jde o přípravu rychlého pokrmu používaného v ČSSR. Pro takto připravenou amoletu není ČSN. Je možné ji dohledat v některé domácí kuchařce české kuchyně. Czech Republic.
