Abstract: Print shows a campaign banner and is another version of no. 1860-19, reversed and overprinted with the legend: "An American Flag with Portrait of Stephen A. Douglas encircled by 33 Stars in a Blue Field, bearing the names--President Stephen A. Douglas; Vice President, Herschel V. Johnson." Physical description: 1 print on wove paper : woodcut with letterpress, printed in red, blue, and black ; sheet 22.3 x 33.7 cm. Notes: Published in: American political prints, 1766-1876 / Bernard F.
