Nederlands: Het thema 'dromen' staat centraal bij het inmiddels bekende evenement Huttenland, dat altijd plaatsvindt in de zomervakantie. Kinderen kunnen naar hartenlust bouwen op het grasveld aan de hoek Jan Vermeerstraat en Koedijk. Net als voorgaande jaren is voor een andere locatie gekozen zodat Huttenland steeds voor andere kinderen dichtbij is.
Dit jaar vindt het timmerevenement voor het eerst plaats onder de vlag van Avedan, voorheen Scoop. De vrijwilligersorganisatie zorgt voor de helpende hand, maar ook voor wat eten en drinken. Huttenland is elke werkdag van 12.00 tot en met 17.00 uur. Het evenement wordt afgesloten met het Sloophuttenfeest, dat dit jaar op woensdag 29 augustus plaatsheeft. Of het traditionele vuur ook daadwerkelijk door gaat, hangt nog af van de droogte. |
