00.00 Aankondiging Spiegel der Beweging geprojecteerd over verschillende NSB vignetten. 00.19 Contingent van ruin 200 vrijwilligers opgesteld in de Haagse Dierentuin nog niet in uniform. 00.30 Enkele hoogwaardigheidsbekleders komen afscheid nemen van de vrijw. v.l.n.r. Van Geelkerken en Mussert. 00.33 Rauter staat rechts naast Mussert. 00.36 Seyffardt is tussen Van Geelkerken en Mussert in gaan staan. 00.39 Na een handdruk van Mussert met de commandant van de vrijwilligers nog een inspectie van de troep.
