Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Continuous monitoring of fluorescence distribution in mouse bearing s.c. BT-474 tumor injected with ZHER2-DyLight-750 conjugate. Mouse were positioned in Pearl Impulse Imaging System (LI-COR Biosciences), catheterized, and injected with 10 µg of Affibody-DyLight-750 conjugate. Series images were taken every second for 1 min, followed by 2-hours imaging with two frames per minute. During imaging mouse was kept at shallow anesthesia (1%, isoflurane) and sacrificed after the imaging was accomplished.
