À travers ces images tournées à l'abattoir du Vigan dans le Gard, L214 montre ce qu'endurent les animaux dans cet abattoir certifié bio. Comme en abattage standard, les animaux y sont tués dans une extrême violence.

Pour Nili Hadida, chanteuse du groupe Lilly Wood and the Prick, qui présente la vidéo : “même dans un abattoir tourné vers le bio et le local, les animaux perdent la vie dans la souffrance. La viande heureuse, ça n'existe pas.”
