Contexto: a Vivienda Del Trabajador fue un proyecto municipal de carácter público -iniciativa del Partido Demócrata Progresista- desarrollado entre 1923 y 1948. Estaba destinado a brindar acceso a hogares propios para las clases bajas y medias, alcanzando 598 viviendas en los barrios Parque, Mendoza y Sarmiento, entre otros.
