Description
English: Supplementary Movie 5 PLK1 inhibition causes transient monopolar spindles. 3D Time-lapse imaging in control and BI 2536 treated live mouse oocytes expressing KIF11-mEGFP (green, spindle poles) and mCherry-MAP4 (magenta, microtubules). Z-projection, 7 sections, every 4 μm. Time, h:min from NEBD. Same oocytes as shown in Fig. 5a.
