English: 3D time-lapse movie of E5.5 TCF/Lef:H2B-GFP embryos. Rendered images of 3D time-lapse data acquired on a spinning disc confocal (A-D) of a litter of embryos obtained from TCF/Lef:H2B-GFPTg/+ x ICR (wild type) cross. Half the embryos were hemizygous for the transgene. Embryos were dissected at E5.5 and exhibited variability in stage, which resulted in variability of the level of the fluorescent reporter and its localization. The time-lapse experiment was carried out for over 9 hours. |
