Description
English: Time lapse movie of M. bovis BCG growth using the modified agar pad method. The optimised brightfield live cell imaging method was applied to study the growth of the slow growing mycobacteria, M. bovis BCG. Cells were imaged every hour over 68 hrs and movies constructed from the time-lapse images using SimplePCI Compix software.
