Description
English: Time lapse movie of M. smegmatis growth using the modified agar pad method. The optimised brightfield live cell imaging method was applied to study M. smegmatis growth. Cells were imaged every five minutes over 12 hrs and movies constructed from the time-lapse images using SimplePCI Compix software.
