Description
English: High speed video clips showing the result of Ci-GlyR morpholino on larval swimming. After (+) Ci-GlyR morpholino treatment, larvae are unable to swim in a coordinated way (clip shows two larvae). The third clip shows that after treatment with (-) 5-base mismatched Ci-GlyR morpholino, larvae swim normally.
