Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Live cell time-lapse imaging of stably expressed GFP-lamin A (green) and dsRed-53BP1TD (red) during DNA damage repair. DNA damage was induced with a 365 nm laser in U2OS cells and z-stack images were collected using a laser scanning confocal microscope (Leica SP5) at one minute intervals for 160 minutes, starting at 60 minutes post DNA damage. Maximum intensity z-projections were formed using ImageJ software.
