Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Postural reactions. Video shows postural reactions in an unaffected and affected puppy. Postural reactions were examined by testing the puppies' proprioception (overknuckling), hopping reaction and postural thrust reaction, and by performing the wheelbarrowing test (tests appear in this order in the video). Proprioceptive positioning is normal in both the healthy and affected puppy as cerebellum is not involved in this reaction. In the other three tests, the affected puppy shows delayed initiation and dysmetria when it is stepping or jumping.
