Description
English: Movie showing SBD (green) incorporation into motile endolysosomal compartments of SH-SY5Y neuroblastomas labeled with Lysotracker (red). Movie was taken by widefield fluorescence microscopy, and spans 5.7 min of real time, 30 min after SBD labelling (2 µM, 15 min, 37°C), at 1.2 sec/ frame, and assembled at 30 fps.
