Description
English: An animated 16 µm thick confocal z-stack of a hs-FLP/FRT clone of wild-type cells pictured in Figure 4A. The depth of each frame is noted in the upper left-hand corner. 20 µm scale bar for x/y-axis. Midline to the left. This clone of normal glia is labeled with membrane-bound CD8GFP (green) and shows cells in a cell-body rich region of the central brain adjacent to the optic lobe.
