Description
English: J3D-DIAS 4.1 reconstructions reveal that coalescence of aggregates in the tumorigenic cell line MB-435-Br1 is mediated by contact between a facilitator cell (green) with a filopod (yellow) and a probe cell (red). The probe exits the aggregate on the left, contacts the facilitator and the adhered cells begin to pull the two aggregates closer together in the process of coalescence.
