Description
English: Intracellular dynamics of protein VI. U2OS cells were transfected with VI-wt, fused to mRFP. The movie was acquired using a Nikon TE 2000 microscope equipped with Cascade 512B 2 camera at 1 frame per second. The movie shows rapid intracellular movement of VI-wt depicting compartments resembling vesicular, tubulo-vesicular and reticular structures.
