Nederlands: Onlangs werd op de scholengemeenschap Canisius voor de vijfde keer een C-day gehouden. De C staat voor Canisius en dat staat weer voor respectvol omgaan met elkaar en saamhorigheid uitdragen. Dat werd ook letterlijk en figuurlijk gedaan. Alle leerlingen van brugklasser tot en met de eindexamenkandidaat waren de hele ochtend via allerlei bijzondere en vooral lachwekkende activiteiten met C- Day bezig.
‘Al om 6.30 uur werden de eerste voorbereidingen voor enkele onderdelen van C-day getroffen’, gaf directeur René Delnooz aan. Hij vertelde dat het zo belangrijk is dat je stil staat bij wat je voor elkaar kunt betekenen. De eerste jaren dat men de C- day hield werd deze in maart gehouden. Al gauw werd duidelijk dat een dergelijke dag aan het begin van het schooljaar nog meer positieve invloed op de rest van het schooljaar zou kunnen hebben. |
