中文（简体）：地处新疆准噶尔盆地西北缘的克拉玛依，是一座因油而生的城市。它地处温带干旱荒漠区，常年干旱少雨。9月下旬，记者来到这里，从市区出发，朝东南方向驱车20公里来到市郊，与想象中的满目黄沙不同，一路上映入眼帘的是由不同树木组成的成片林海。
干旱和缺水一直是制约克拉玛依发展的主要因素。2000年，克拉玛依河竣工通水。紧接着，克拉玛依市启动“大绿化工程”“荒漠化治理”等生态项目。李刚回忆，自2001年起，受到政府的号召，很多克拉玛依人义无反顾地投入到义务种树的行动中来。 |
