Description
Français : Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer (Bouches-du-Rhône, Camargue, France), le 31 juillet 2016, la Festo Vierginenco (fête de la Vierge), cérémonie au cours de laquelle les jeunes-filles du Pays d'Arles "prennent le ruban", c'est à dire abandonne le costume de Mireille (enfance) pour celui d'Arlésienne (adulte). En cette saison les robes sont plus légères et l'ensemble plus simple et facile à porter.
English: Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer (Bouches-du-Rhône, Camargue, France), July 31, 2016, the Festo Vierginenco (Feast of the Virgin), ceremony during which the young girls of the Pays d'Arles "take the ribbon", that is to say abandons Mireille's costume (childhood) for that of Arlesian (adult). In this season the dresses are lighter and the whole more simple and easy to wear.
