Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Steam train with historic locomotives and carriages leaving Vatican City railway station on Friday 11 September 2015, carrying invited press on a journey to the Papal Villa at Castel Gandolfo. The steam locomotive is en:FS Class 625 017. As this was a press day, the full train moves forwards and reverses back under the Vatican gate to allow the media to film from various angles prior to boarding at the Vatican City station platform for the journey itself.

This video was made available by the watercolour artist Giuseppe Cocco one year later to promote their new book of watercolours documenting the events of that day. It consists of raw video taken on the day, intermixed with low-resolution preview paintings from the book being promoted.

Cocco's book is 100 pages long, with 84 paintings. More information is available from Cocco's website at http://vadoveportailtreno.blogspot.com/2015/10/lazio-treno-delle-meraviglie-inaugura.html
