Newbridge Park Sub-Division

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Newbridge Park Sub-Division Newbridge Park was a World War II approved housing development to house wartime industrial workers at Defense Plants. It was built in 1944, using a standard twin-home design which was used around the United States, with a standardized materials list. It was able to be constructed rapidly and was used to house aircraft workers at the Consolidated-Vultee aircraft plant (The wartime use of the Mack Trucks 5C plant). It remains today remarkably similar in character to what it looked like when built in 1944.
