Description
English: "The President's Note to Russia," a message submitted to the Russian provisional government by Woodrow Wilson, made public and published in newspapers around the country on June 9 and 10, 1917. The image here is taken from the front page of the New York Tribune on the 10th. The same message appears in the Papers of Woodrow Wilson, Arthur S. Link et al., eds., Volume 42, pages 365–67; and Papers Relating to the Foreign Relations of the United States, 1917, Supplement 2, The World War, Volume I, pages 71–73.
