中文：“机器人”与人比拼厨艺，谁会更胜一筹？10月17日，作为2024第二届海南国际热带食材供应链博览会（简称“海食会”）的主要活动之一，主题为“人机烹饪巅峰对决”的2024首届智能餐饮烹饪大赛在海口精彩上演。
本次比赛分为“中国特色菜系”人机烹饪巅峰对决、人机烹饪速度挑战等环节。整场比赛，智能烹饪“机器人”与数位经验丰富的厨师进行两两对决，按要求分别在规定时间内制作出琼菜清炒五指山四角豆、淮扬菜瓜姜鱼丝、鲁菜爆炒腰花等六道家常菜。比赛中，只见工作人员在“机器人”开始烹饪前，将提前准备好的食材倒入锅内并设置每道菜的口味、火候、调料等选项参数，然后按下确定键，几分钟后一道香气扑鼻的菜肴就出锅了。 每轮比拼过后，由现场评委逐一品尝菜肴，随后进行打分。由于智能烹饪“机器人”在综合表现上更为稳定，经评委们打分评议，其最终以较小的优势赢得这场比拼。 本次大赛旨在搭建一个交流平台，激发公众对科技烹饪的兴趣，推动烹饪技术的智能化发展，为消费者带来丰富多样的餐饮选择。（林士杰） |
