文德の舞生

金州孔子廟の文徳の舞生は三十二名にして各々式帽を戴き式服を着用し、又式靴をはき、右手に翟（羽）を、左手に籥を執り、亜献の礼及び終献の礼に於て舞を行ふ。｜把持する羽は本来は雉尾で、これを短き棒に挿して用ひるのであるが、金州では金紙で雉尾を模して作り其の長さ約二尺八寸で、これを長さ二尺一寸五分の丸棒の柄の先に有る五寸五分の竜頭の口にさしてある。籥は笛であるが、金州では長さ一尺六寸直径約八分の中空の竹管を茶褐色に塗り、雲形の模様をつけたものを用ひてゐる。｜（印画の複製を禁ず）
