日本軍苦心の跡 （淸源）

交通の要衝に在るが故に、淸源の名は幾多のエピソードを持つてゐる。淸朝發祥の物語がそれだ。日露戰爭での激戰もその一つだ。更に近き數年の馬賊の襲擊もそれだ。そしてこの河曲は、日露戰時我が軍の架橋地點として撰ばれた由緣の所だ。然もその軍橋が、昨年の大洪水まで殘存して、世人に有難かられたと言へば、淸源も我々に滿更緣のない所でもない。｜（一九三〇撮影）（印畫の複製を禁ず）
