Description	日本語: ●羅津の町（北鮮）躍る黑潮日本海も　庭の湖水よ一夜の夢路ー　音頭が物語るやうに羅津の港は天惠的好條件と地理的にも絕好の地位にある。未だ市街は物足りないが東支、拉濱、圖佳の三角鐵路に集散される物資は必ず此處を中心として吞吐される可く、町の繁榮も期してまつべきである。　（印畵の複製を嚴禁す）
