Description	日本語: ●酒糟（浙江省紹興）紹興酒は糯米から採る。あの褐色を帶びて居るのは麥を混じて居るからで稍々ビールにも似たところがある。酒糟は篩にかけて甕の中に貯へられ、之れを醗酵せしむるには水を適當に加へて寢かして置く。やがて白泡の立つ頃、酒締めにかけて絞り出される。酒倉の中には日本ならば杉の香のする酒樽といふのであろうが此の地では大甕の中に容れて糯米の藁で覆ふて置くだけだ。　（印畫の複製を嚴禁す）
