Год: 1926 Жанр: Немое кино Описание: Историко-революционную драму снял режиссер Абрам Роом по мотивам рассказа писателя Алексея Новикова-Прибоя «В бухте Отрада». Этот немой фильм стал дебютом Роома в полнометражном кино. Его снимали в Одессе почти одновременно со знаменитой картиной Сергея Эйзенштейна «Броненосец «Потемкин».

В своем фильме Абрам Роом поместил на первый план личность человека, который не по своей воле оказался в водовороте гражданской войны. Белые заняли один из южных портов. Большевики готовили против белогвардейцев удар, нанести его должны были моряки корабля «Лебедь» и партизаны. Один из героев — сын механика Николай Раздольный — поддерживал большевиков. Отец не разделял его взглядов и вообще старался не вмешиваться в политику. Однако, когда белогвардейцы арестовали команду корабля «Лебедь», механику пришлось сделать выбор
