Description
Українська: Харків - Київ: Державне видавництво України, 1930. — 980 с.

Матеріалом для цього словника, крім попередніх словників (в основі був Грінченківський), були ще: відворотня частина нашого російсько-українського словника та подекуди словник Української Академії Наук, а також слова виписані з газет та журналів, що вже давно набули прав громадянства в українській мові, але ще не занотовані в словниках українсько-російських.

Ізюмов Овсій Прокопович (1899 - 1937) — український мовознавець. Закінчив Київський археологічний інститут. З 1932 р. був науковим співробітником відділу української мови Інституту мовознавства АН УРСР, брав також участь у роботі словникового відділу та консультаційного бюро цього ж інституту. В 1937 р. працював викладачем української та російської мов Київського інституту підвищення кваліфікації господарників. Незаконно репресований (розстріляний) в 1937 р.
